Song Than 1 Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 577/TTg dated September 16, 1995, and its detailed planning was later adjusted by competent authorities in Binh Duong Province.

I. Overview

With total investment capital of VND 245.1 billion, Song Than 1 Industrial Park has a total area of 178.01 hectares, of which 139.71 hectares are leasable industrial land. Located in Binh Duong, the project has attracted both domestic and foreign manufacturers and has become part of the core industrial belt next to Ho Chi Minh City.

Enterprises operating in Song Than 1 may access corporate income tax incentives such as full exemption for the first two years and a 50% reduction for the following four years, subject to applicable regulations.
